SUJEWSKI RESIDENCE

An example of a theme carried out with different materials is the Sujewski residence where Sharon first designed and created a stained glass window depicting the clients view of Lake Michigan from their summer home. She then created five 12”x12” inch ceramic tiles hand painted with watercolor like scenes of different landscapes personal to the clients. These became the focal points of a fireplace with cast cement tiles providing a neural counterpoint to the intricate painted tiles.
